Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Atomet Uganda Limited (“Atomet”, “we”) collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We handle personal data in line with Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.

What we collect

• What you type into the quote form: your name and email, and optionally your phone number, company, the service you are interested in and your project details.
• Messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider records to keep the site running and secure, such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out work you ask us to do. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

The site is hosted by Vercel. Form messages are delivered to our inbox by an email service (Resend). Both act on our instructions and process data only to provide that service.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not set tracking cookies. If we turn on visitor analytics in future, we will update this page before doing so.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need to respond and, where work follows, for as long as our accounting and contract records require.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales@atometfiber.com and we will respond within the time the law allows.
